They took care of my mother's cremation and kept me informed throughout the process. Staff was warm and genuine. I brokedown a little in the parking lot and a staff member came over and just hugged me and that meant a lot at that moment. A simple cemetery, clean, peaceful, easy to get to, professional and warm staff.

I was very supported by the staff assigned to my mother’s burial (Hannah Broyles-Grundy, Ray Northington, Shawn Jones). All of my encounters with them were respectful. We had a preplanned contract. Every aspect of it was accommodated.

“My father recently passed away, and this has been an incredibly emotional and difficult period. During this time, my husband and I chose Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, to handle my dad’s arrangements. Our initial meeting with the staff (especially Laura) was warm and genuinely welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they created an atmosphere of comfort and calm. Their kindness and professionalism helped us feel at ease right away, which meant more than they may ever know during such a difficult time. We were placed in the care of Roy Northington. From our very first conversation through the completion of every detail, Roy guided us with genuine compassion, patience, and respect. His presence was comforting. “We just had my mom's services today. When she first passed,we met with Hannah and Jorge. They made my siblings and I feel welcomed and heard. After that first meeting, Hannah was my contact person. She was so very helpful with any questions or concerns. She was very prompt in getting back to me whenever I would reach to her. I knew we weren't the only family she was helping out,but it sure did feel that way. She doesn't just do her job,she connects with the families, pays attention to the wants and needs, and literally sees everything through and makes sure we are satisfied. So easygoing and helpful. “With a sudden shocking death in the family we were left to quickly try and get things in order. With the wonderful help from staff here (Shawn, Hannah, and Melody) the process and planning seemed less daunting. The thoughtful suggestions and extra support bringing items to the viewing and service helped us celebrate our loved one in the way they deserved. Amazing amazing staff who honestly did feel like family with the dedication and attention to details. “Hannah made what was an immensely hard time for our family so much easier. She helped design the program pamphlets and slide show and I feel so thankful for her work on them as they turned out beautifully.
