Walter was our next door neighbor for about 5 years. He was a very nice man. He whistled when he worked in the yard and when he'd get home from running errands. He loved his old car. He probably bought it new. He loved to talk about his garden and knew the names of everything.
Walter was a member of Cordova Fitness for nearly 40 years . Without seeing him, you knew he had come in because he was always whistling. He loved to talk and would update us on all subjects including the weather and what the sports teams were doing. (and he was very knowledgable about the players and stats). His workouts kept him going for a good long life. His wife Dawn also came to the gym for a time when we were in Mills Center.Jeanne and Marwan Haidary
He was always whistling and when we went out to eat he ordered waffles whenever he could. He loved his waffles.
