I was so sad to hear of Ginny's passing. She was the "big girl"4-H er who I knew growing up in Novato. At the age of 9, I thought that the moon absolutely set on Ginny, who was a member the Novato 4-H Club. We met in a old San Francisco street car that was permanetly parked by the community house in Novato. Ginny would get up and lead songs at 4-H meetings and took all of us younger ones under her wing. She was the go to member who helped us with our projects. Her Dad, George was one of the main leaders of the club. Her brother, Cliff.. was always the one who was thinking of what stunt to pull next on fellow members and friends.. They were a great combination.. Ginny the responsible one, Cliff the fun maker. I will always remember her for her big bright smile and friendly attitude towards all she met. It was a fun time in Novato when you knew the Orr Kids..We missed the Orr families and other families like the McClellands when they moved their dairy animals out of Novato to land that was more afforable. They were all dearly missed as a mainstay of the community. Please know that I am thinking of all of you as you approach the holiday season.Joan Marzell QuinnCary, NC
