Wilkinson, Starla A
Born in Klamath Falls, OR on 08 Nov 1950. At the age of 69, Starla earned her wings on 01 July 2020 at home in Sacramento, CA with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her parents, Howard James and Lois Jean Wilkinson. Nephew: Shawn Patrick Smith, brother: Howard Wayne Wilkinson and sister: Diana Lynn Wilkinson. She is survived by her loving daughters, Tammy Foster (Warren) and Sheri Beireis (Donald).
Starla is the proud Nana of: Christian Gibson (Annalissa), Katie Gibson, Tammy Beireis, Kaitlin Beireis and Aaron Anderson (Emily). Great Nana of: Chelsea, Dean, Chevie, Elvyra and TJ. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
Starla grew up in Sacramento, CA and graduated from Norte Del Rio High School, class of ‘68. After getting married, she moved to Melbourne, FL and had her first child, Tammy. Returning to Sacramento, CA she had her second and last child, Sheri. Starla remained in areas of North Highlands & Sacramento, CA for 60+ years. She was a longtime employee of the Rio Linda / Twin Rivers Unified School District, retiring as a CWAA after 30 yrs in June 2007.
At Starla’s request, no services are being held. We will have a small celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
