Bonnie Powell
I have known for Sue for about 35 years and she has always been one of the most fundamentally kind, empathetic, honest, (the list goes on and on) special people I have ever had the honor of calling friend. No matter what was going on in her own life at any of a million different inflection points over the years, she never lost the art of making you feel like you and your life were of vital importance to her. I have a million good memories of my times with her over these many years and was so happy that she and Bob met and spent so many happy years together. She deserved every good thing that ever came her way plus a million more. She was a force to be reckoned with on every level and was the epitome of the saying that the best things can come in small packages...she was truly a dynamo and no more so than when she was taking care of her family and/or defending what she believed was right. The world is truly a bit darker without her in it but I know the halls of heaven are now brimming with light and love, much the same as that she left in our hearts and thoughts. My love and deepest sympathy to Bob, Brandon and the rest of her loved ones. Farewell with loving thoughts Ms. Susie-Q...mayhap to meet again someday I hope.
