As a Lineman, Dave and I were pole partners, IBEW brothers, and a friend. I remember Dave as always being happy and jolly. My condolences to his family, I know Dave will be missed.
I will always remember Dave as a decent and caring person. He gave me encouraging words when they were needed most. His smile meant a lot. He will be missed by those who loved him most and his friends. God Bless him and his family.
