Willie LeAndus Feltus was born in Sacramento, California on March 11th, 1956 to Albert and Julia Feltus. He passed away in Sacramento, California on November 30th, 2017. He leaves behind his loving wife Lorraine and many family members and friends who will miss him very much. Services will be in Sunset Lawn Memorial Park on January 5th, 2018.
