A native of Tahlequah, Oklahoma born Thursday, April 23, 1936 and a resident of Rio Linda for the past 27 years. Beloved husband for 47 years to Freda White. Loving father of Debra A. Chrisope of Yucca Valley, CA, Pamela S. Winegar of Eagle, ID, William J. White, and James T. White both of Rio Linda. Dear brother of Lorene Haas of Olivehurst, CA, Jack White of Peoria, AZ, Dorothy Lisenbee of Tahlequah, OK, Ken White of Fairfax, CA and Don White of Ukiah, CA. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by both parents Charles A. and Myrtle L. (McConnell) White and a sister Edith Winterbourne. He was a retired TSgt and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean and Vietnam War. Also retired from the US postal service. The family invites you to attend a visitation 4:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, July 10, 2003 and a funeral service at 2:00 pm Friday, July 11, 2003 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., CA 922-5833. A graveside with military honors will follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
