William Dewitt Rogers Jr., known to friends and family as "Bud", was born on November 24, 1936 in Dumas, Arkansas, and passed away in Sacramento, California on June 4, 2023.
William was preceded in death by his parents, and is survived by his 2 daughters Joann and Annette; granddaughters Sarah and Dalyla; 2 great granddaughters; partner for 32 years, Romelle Stanley (POA); her children Robbie and Muzae; as well as a host of friends and family.
William served 23 years in the US Air Force, achieiving a rank of MSGT and is now a member of SIRS branch 69. William enjoyed golfing, fishing, going hunting, playing in bowling leagues, completing crossword puzzles, and playing bingo.
