Bill was born November 7, 1953 in Waco, Texas. He left this world in spirit peacefully in his sleep on February 2, 2015.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years Della Jackson, many loving family members and many many friends. Bill was a quiet and loving man. He will be greatly missed. Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing Saturday, February 7, 2015, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
