Wendie Marie Paniagua Schmitt's Obituary
WENDIE MARIE PANIAGUA (COCHRANE) SCHMITT
December 18, 1975 – January 23, 2020
Daughter of Dennis G. Cochrane of Rio Linda.
Preceded in death by her brother, Denny Cochrane, and her mother, Linda (Paniagua) Cochrane.
Graduated Rio Linda High School in 1994, on the cheerleading squad for 3 of those years.
Worked at several preschools in the Sacramento area, a career which she greatly enjoyed. Most recently she worked at Kids Park in Natomas.
Wendie and her family were members of the Capital Quarter Midget Association in Rio Linda for 10 years.
She is also survived by her aunts Janice (Travis) Hayer of Rio Linda and Carol (Ron) McMahan of Greenbrier, TN, and her uncles, Jimmy (Margaret) Paniagua of Rio Linda, and Glen (Nancy) Cochrane of Swansboro. Several cousins (and second cousins) have many wonderful memories of growing up with Wendie and will miss her dearly.
Memorial services are being planned for this spring.
