Wayne was a caring and kind person. He made friends easily and would go out of his way to help someone in need. He will be missed by his many friends and his surviving brother, David. He has been laid to rest at the Sacramento Veterans National Cemetery located in Dixon, California. Until we meet again, rest in peace my friend. In sympathy, Tom Bastion
