Washington D. c. Manes was born on July 30th, 1930 in Fairfield, Texas to Vadie and Thomas Manes. He passed away in Sacramento, California on June 13th, 2019. He leaves his dear wife Joyce Manes and many loving family and friends to cherish his memory. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, June 18th at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park in Sacramento.
