Vivian Phelps' Obituary
PHELPS, VIVIAN V., entered into rest inLayton, Utah on Friday, February 10, 2006 at the age of 93. She was a native ofWaynoka, Illinois born Monday, July 1, 1912 to Sheridan and Katie (Skaggs) Folgate. She met and married Harold Fields and to this union came a daughter Sheila. After divorcing she met and married Frank Phelps. Vivian was an honored senior companion for 20 years. She was a fabulous woman who was loved by her family and friends. Vivian was the original 'party girl' who lived life to the fullest. She is survived by her daughter Sheila Andrews and son-in-law Warren Andrews. Grandchildren, Greg, John, Jenny, David and Angela. Great-grandchildren, Bryan, Austin and Mya. Also survived by a nephew Joe Geyer and his children Dawn and Mike. She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Phelps, sister Pauline 'Pony' Nash, brothers Howard Folgate and Kenneth 'Frank' Folgelson, nephew Claude Geyer and her good friend and in-law Jessie Andrews. The family invites you to attend a visitation 6:00 to 8:00pm on Thursday, February 16, 2006 and a funeral service 10:00am Friday, February 17, 2006 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., CA 922-5833. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
