Viorica Nita's Obituary
Our beloved mother Viorica Nita married our father Gheorghe Nita on August 11, 1962 in Baia Mare, Romania. They were married for 62 years together. They had 13 children: Daniel, Marin, Angela, loan (Nelu), Nicolae, Persida, Marcel, Rodica, Gheorghe (Ghita), Florin, Benjamin, Samuel, and Corneliu. Their children gave them 41 grandchildren, and those grandchildren gave them 18 great-grandchildren.
We remember our mom as a kind, God-fearing woman and grandmother who filled our hearts with love and our bellies with food. Her grandchildren were always welcomed over with her famous plăcintă and gogoși, and the home-made bread she would bake in the wood fired oven. Our memories of her will live on forever in our hearts. Thank you for honoring her life with us.
