Victor M. Felder was born in San Francisco, CA to Thelma Lee Felder and Charles Albert Cox-Elamin (deceased). Victor is survived by his loving wife Linda of 39 years. He is also survived by his children Victor Michael Felder (Heather), Erick James Felder, Jason Micah Felder and Alisha Linda Felder. Grandchildren: Victor Isaac Felder and Ariana Marie Felder. Mother: Thelma Lee Felder. Sisters: Alease Felder, Beverly Palmer, Sharron Ridge, Valencia Lewis and LaTonia Darby. Brother: Cornelius Felder (Yolanda); and a host of other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his sister Deborah Victoria Williams. Victor will be greatly missed by his family and friends.A memorial service will be held on May 26, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s witnesses, 2331 Northview Drive, Sacramento, CA 95833
