HARRIS, VERNON MICHAEL, entered into rest Monday, August 4, 2003 age 50. A native of San Bernardino, California born Friday, July 24, 1953 and a resident of Sacramento for 20 years. He leaves behind to mourn, his daughter Chalu Robinson of Puyallup, WA also his beloved life companion Cheryl Schaer. Precious son of the Reverend Nathan Harris of Las Vegas, NV. Loving brother of Nathan Vincent Harris of San Bernardino, Alvan Harris of Daly City and Jerry Edward Harris of Florida along with sisters Alice Fields of Stockton, Elsie Sydena Edmonds and Ruby Nell Brown of San Bernardino. Very proud grandfather of his pride and joy Steven Michael Robinson and extended children, Dominic Johnson and Joshua Trimble. He is preceded in death by his mother Elsie Harris, sisters Miriam Freeman and Judith Gandy. The family invites you to attend a visitation 10:00am to 2:00pm Sunday, August 10, 2003 and a 10:00am funeral service Monday, August 11, 2003 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacto., CA 922-5833. An inurnment will be private at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
