Thomas (Willie) w. Bennett was born May 17th. 1956 to Gail and Joyce Bennett in Rockford Illinois. Thomas then moved to Sacramento in 1979 at the age of 23 where he meet his wife Barbara. They where blessed with four children. One son Wesley Swagger and and three daughters Traci Mathews, Christina McKnight and Kimberly Bennett. Thomas was also blessed by seven grandchildren.
