Thelma Elaine Smith was born in Woodland, California to Frederick and Eva Smith on January 18th, 1918. She passed away in Fair Oaks, California on April 29th, 2017 at the age of 99. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 6th, 2017 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes at 10:00 am, with a reception to follow.
