Curtis Campbell
"Jack of all trades, master of none". That wasn't Terry Dyer. He mastered everything he tried. He filled every position in the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, rose to the rank of Lieutenant, built a house that could withstand a 9.0 earthquake, a master butcher, equally talented at tearing down and rebuilding a vehicle, he knew and rode horses, hunted elk and made the transition to private investigation in several of Sacramento's most notorious murder cases of the 80's and nineties. And he was my friend. Rest in peace Terry, you've earned a break.
