Ted Lee Spruill's Obituary
“In My house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.” John 14:2
Ted Spruill, beloved husband and father, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 28, 2018. He passed away peacefully in his sleep, listening to Christian music. His passing on Memorial Day is fitting and commemorative because he was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force, who served his country faithfully for 26 years Everywhere he went, he had friends because he truly took the time to know people and touch their lives. Everyone was important to him, from his church family and coworkers to his bankers and local grocers.
Ted is survived by his loving wife Becky, daughter Erica and her husband Nikko, sister Doretha, as well as many other nieces, nephews, God-children, and numerous other family and friends.
Having run his race, he is now celebrating in Glory with those who preceded him, his father Charlie B., his mother Naomi, his sisters Violet and Christine and his brother Charlie D., and his buddies Carlos and Pastor Mike.
“Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of his faithful servants.” Psalm 116:15
