Tawanna Latrice Amie's Obituary
Tawanna Latrice Amie passed away February 7th, 2024, at Mercy San Juan Hospital to the battle of cancer.
Tawanna was born on August 11th, 1974, in Los Angeles, Ca to the union of Isaac Amie Sr and Renell Thompson. Tawanna then moved to Sacramento, CA at a young age.
Tawanna was educated through the Center Unified School District in Antelope, Ca. Growing up in Sacramento, Tawanna held several meaningful jobs. However, she enjoyed working at North Country Elementary School the most. Tawanna was caring, loving and compassionate. She had a vibrant personality. She knew how to fill the room with laughs as she was always ready to tell the family jokes. A few of Tawanna's many pleasures were reading, cooking and putting together puzzles.
Tawanna Latrice Amie will always be remembered. She is survived by her mother Renell. father Isaac Sr, her sister Vanessa, her brothers Anthony and Isaac Jr, her daughters De'janay and Chanel. her son Arthur Jr and her granddaughter Kaali. Tawanna will be missed by friends and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
