Sweet, Susan Elizabeth's Obituary
Susan Sweet, age 69, passed away peacefully. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and quiet strength that touched everyone who knew her.
Susan was a devoted mother and a woman of faith. A lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, her testimony was a cornerstone of her life and the foundation upon which she raised her family. She faced life's challenges with remarkable courage, including a hard-fought battle with cancer and becoming a widow with 4 boys at age 30. She met those challenges with determination and resilience.
Susan poured her heart into her children. She was dedicated to raising her four sons and was the rock of their childhood. When her daughters came into her life, she cherished them as the girls she had always dreamed of. To know Susan was to know a woman who embodied the true meaning of motherhood and gave everything for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Martin; her daughters, Sue and Elaine; and her sons, John, Mike, Matt, and Jeff. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 23rd. Family and friends are invited to a viewing at 9:00 a.m., followed by the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. and burial at 1:00 p.m.
Susan will be deeply missed and forever loved.
