Susan was born in Stenson Beach California in 1946.
She is preceded in death by her Father Wayne C. Rickard and Mother Anne Susan Rickard.
She is survived by her Sister and Brother in law Linda and Ed Studer and Brother Duane Rick Rickard and many Nieces and Nephews.
Susan graduated from Rio Linda high school and Accepted a job with the State of California as an executive Secretary and worked there for the next 30 years.
