Shelley Lynn Carlos was born on July 14th, 1967 in Harbor City, California to Janice Williams and Edward Carlos. She passed away on January 23rd, 2018 in Roseville, California. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes in Sacramento from 4-7 pm. Funeral service will be Wednesday, January 31st at Sunset Lawn at 1:00 pm.
