Mandy Alleaney
I’ll never forget meeting Sharon in the vegetable section at Aldi’s, we were both trying to plan our cooking for the evening. I have one left at home who is vegetarian and Sharon was trying to get away from having to cook meat every night of the week. So there we were, the potatoes, yams and onions staring us back in the face and so it began. We started meeting at the local coffee shop a couple of days a week, exchanging recipes and enjoying each other’s company So Much that sometimes our coffee klatch moved right into happy hour; don’t get me wrong, it was only a couple of days a week and I had the kids covered, the baby taking a long nap as soon as I walked out the door. Sharon and I really had a hoot on those days. I will never forget the last things she said to me and I Sure Do Miss Her, God Rest Her Soul! I’m sending along one of my favourite Bible Passages and all my love for you, Sharon’s family and Friends.
God Bless, Mandy
