Ruthell Oglesby's Obituary
Ruthell Strawder Oglesby of Sacramento, CA passed away peacefully on a Sunday morning at age 87. Her love for children extended far beyond her own 3 children. She also mothered her grandchildren, great grands as well as a host of foster children. Ruthell really loved the babies. She was a great woman of God and spent much of her time feeding and crocheting blankets for the homeless. She was loved and will be truly missed by so many. “Lord Ruthell is ready for wings” The Viewing on 10/03/24 will be from 3-6 p.m. at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento CA 95838. The Homegoing services will be on 10/04/24 at 10:00 a.m. and held at Abundant Life Church, 3150 Northgate Blvd. Sacramento, CA 95833.
