Ruth Jewel Harmoning was born June 28, 1925 in Polk County, Arkansas to Nalley and Dolly Carr.
She passed away May 10, 2015 in Roseville California at 89 years of age. She is survived by her children, James Harmoning, Don Harmoning and Johnnie Harmoning. She is preceded in death by her husband Jimmy Harmoning and daughter Betty Mathis.
Ruth loved to cook and her best times were surrounded by her family and friends.
