Russell Eugene Kelley's Obituary
Russell Eugene Kelley passed away peacefully at Sutter Roseville Medical Center on May 24, 2015 in Roseville, California at the age of 61.
Russell was born on August 12, 1953 in Silver Spring Maryland to Helen Lucille and Fredrick Douglas Kelley. He received his formal education through the Sandy Spring, MD Public School System.
He was employed as a waste collector for the city of Silver Spring for ten plus years. In 1996 Russell moved to the West Coast with Alleyne Harris whom he later married. Russell was a great family man and loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed giving friends and family nicknames at first sight and he was full of humor.
Russell is survived by his wife Alleyne Kelley; children; Russell Kelley Jr., Roshawna Kelley and Dawayne Kelley, step daughters; Vivian Williams, Alleyne Gracyalny, and Stephanie Seymore, his siblings; Theodore Kelley, Robert Kelley Sr., Delois Lee and Dorothy Cooper and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his mother Helen Lucille and father Fredrick Douglas Kelley, Brother Leon Kelley all of Silver Spring Maryland and Sister Elsie Alexander of Durham NC.
A funeral is scheduled for Russell Kelley at Christian Life Family Worship Center 4907 Roseville Road #114, North Highlands, CA on June 13, 2015 at 3:00pm with a reception to follow. Pastor Cedric J.
