Ruby Jeanne Carnelison's Obituary
On Monday, September 16th, 2019 Ruby Jeanne (Conner)Carnelison made her final journey to be with her Lord and Savior. Born in Kirbyville MO October 9th,1935 to Raymond and Bessie (Warner) Conner. As the eldest daughter, she helped her parents on the farm and with her younger siblings.
At a young age she met and married the love of her life Robert “Mickey” Carnelison in 1950, he proposed to her next to the well where they collected water for their homes. They were married 68 wonderful years always known for being affectionate towards each other ,holding hands or Ruby sitting on Mickeys lap. During those 68 years they raised 4 wonderful children.
Ruby spent her days enjoying reading the word of her Lord, cooking for her family and playing a hand of Gin-Rummy that she would never lose.
Ruby was preceded in death by Husband, her Parents, Sister Lavina Youngblood, Brother Jimmy Conner, Brother Billy Conner and her Son Larry Carnelison. She was survived by 2 daughters Sherry Friend(Junior) Brenda Watts(Bob),Son Robert Carnelison and Many Grand, Great Grand and Great Great Grandchildren.
Celebration of life September 29th 2019 1:00pm at the Full Gospel Church 713 Claire Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95838. Flowers can be delivered in her name to Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Boulevard, Sacramento 95838
