Roy Ellis Sipp was born in Columbia, Mississippi on December 26th 1942. He passed away on August 10th, 2023 in Sacramento, California at the age of 80. Friends and family will gather to pay respects to Mr. Sipp on Monday August 28 at 1:00 PM at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes in Sacramento. Burial will follow services at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park.
