Rose Mary Waters was born in Fair Oaks, California on March 1st, 1923 to Nellie and John Lopez. She passed away in Carmichael, California on November 6th, 2016. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Russell Waters, and is survived by her children Glenda and Russell Jr. Burial will be at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park at a later date.
