Ronald Cowan's Obituary
Ronald Edward Cowan Born August 21st 1931 in Philadelphia, passed away November 15, 2011 after a 13 year courageous battle with Dementia Lewy Body and Parkinson Disease. Ron graduated Olney High School, Temple University earning a degree in Architectural Drafting and later he obtained his BA at Cal State Northridge. In later years, he changed careers as a successful real estate appraiser. He served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. Ron took great pride in designing and maintaining his beautiful yard and gardensRon is preceded in death by his parents Dorothy and Meyer Cowan. He is survived by his loving wife Marge, his 2 daughters Shari (Mike) Guzman, Lisa (Oliver-Wheeler) Jervis and his 2 beautiful granddaughters Kelsey and Alexa Jervis. He is also survived by his 2 sisters Marlene Rosensweig and Joan Cowan.In Lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Dementia Lewy Body Foundation (DLBD) or Sutter VNA & Hospice. A Memorial Service will be held at the Lodge of Sun City Roseville on Sunday, November 20, 2011 at 10:00 — 7050 Del Webb Blvd., Roseville, CA 95747.
