Ricky Dell Owens entered into rest July 24, 2015 in Sacramento at the age of 63. Born June 16, 1952 a native of Sacramento. Ricky is survived by his children Mickey Owens, Randy Owens, Patty Owens, Kevin Owens and Richard Owens. He is also survived by his siblings Shirley Munkers, Billy Owens, Linda Lacey, Patsy Errington and Zona Warren, his grandchildren Stephan Owens, Rachael Owens, Randi Owens, Courtney Malarkey, Toni Malarkey, Rebecka Owens, Makayla Owens and Ricky Carmo-Owens, his great grandchildren Jeliah, Myah and David Romero. Ricky is preceded in death by his parents Orville and Lorene Owens, His son John Owens and his daughter Mary Owens.
He was a loving father, papa and brother
