Born in Sacramento ca. 02/25/44. Passed away September 6, 2023 due to heart failure / complications. Richard retired from the Southern Pacific railroad after 40 years of service. He was preceded in death by his wife of 37 years Darlene Marie (Marrow) Reule and parents Rienhold (Ray) and Ula Reule. Richard is survived by His son Dewain Cummings, daughter Cynthia Casey, and 5 grandchildren; brother John Lee Reule, Sisters Janet May (Reule) Cassinelli and Diane Lousie (Reule) Moore. Family and friends are invited to the memorial service at
