Reynaldo Espino Ramos was born in the Philippines on March 10th, 1942. He passed away in Sacramento, California on January 22nd, 2022. Mr. Ramos was a longtime resident of San Bruno, California. He leaves be hind to cherish his memory his loving wife Anita Ramos, as well as his children, grandchildren, and many friends and family who will miss him very much.
