Raymond Wallace Gibbs Jr. was born in Providence, Rhode Island on June 7th, 1948. He passed away in North Highlands, California on June 11th, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond Wallace Gibbs Sr. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Gibbs, his beloved life partner, Susan Richie, and his children. Interment will be at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, time and date to be announced.
