Ray Kevin Craig's Obituary
Ray Kevin Craig was born May26,1959 in Sacramento,CA to
Flossie Craig and Sylvester Echols. Ray passed away peacefully on
June30,2023 surrounded by his loving family.
Ray attended and graduated from Grant Union High school in
Sacramento Ca in 1977.Upon graduating he attended Norte Dame
de Nam ur University,in Belmont,CA. and later transferred to Dixie
College in St.George Utah where he excelled in basketball. Ray was
also the Drum Major for them arching band in Dixie College.
Ray was preceded in death by his father Sylvester Echols. He is
survived by his two children: Leticia Vargas,(husband Dave),Son:
Rayjehan Jamal Craig, grandchildren, Kyland Ochsenbein,Gabriel
Vargas,and Ella Vargas (aka Princess),mother,Flossie Craig,
sisters, Berma Williams(husband Art Powell),Jean Craig,and
brother Larry Craig-Arriba,and a host of nieces,nephews,cousins
and friends.
