Phi Dzip passed away peacefully in Sacramento on December 19, 2015. He was born in Vietnam on August 31, 1974. Services were held on January 4, 2016 in Sacramento and on January 5, 2016 at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes, 4701 Marysville Boulevard, Sacramento, CA
