Paul Allen Gipson was born on October 18th, 1963 in Las Vegas, Nevada to Paul Edward Gipson and Carlie Ruth Evans. He passed away on August 27th, 2017 in Sacramento, California. Services will be held at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes. Viewing will be Thursday, September 7th from 4 – 8 pm. Funeral service will be on Friday, September 8th at 1:00 pm.
