My Uncle Oscar was one of the sweetest and kindest men I've known in my lifetime! His broad smile and gentle demeanor was always so endearing to me. When I would call him and Auntie on the phone, he'd always say "well hello my sweet niece" and that warm greeting will remain with me always! My Uncle Oscar, an officer, a gentleman, a devoted family man, and a true servant and Man of God! I will miss you, but what a blessing to have been loved by you! Niece Sharrien

My Condolences to the Williams Family. Although I only know the family a little the part that I know tells me that Oscar was a Great Man, Husband, Father and Friend to those he knew. He had a good life to have created such a large and successful Family. Your Family is one of the Blessed ones to have had your parents with you for the length of time you did is very Blessed.The part of the family that I got to know shows me that they were always Loved and Cared for by Oscar.
