Nora Emma Veach Arnall passed away peacefully in Carmichael on October 8, 2015. She was born in Coal, Oklahoma on October 24, 1921 to Willie and Ida Smith. She is survived by her beloved children; Vernon Veach, William Veach, David Veach and Mary Hagg. Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service in her honor on Wednesday October 14, 2015 at 10:30 AM at SUNSET LAWN CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, 4701 Marysville Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95838.
