Nellie Marlene Zaragoza's Obituary
Nellie Marlene Zaragoza, native of San Pablo California was a long time resident of Sacramento California and employee of the State Controller’s Office, passed away on January 25, 2014 after a long battle with cancer; she was 53 years old. She was surrounded by loved ones at the time of her passing; including her kitties, Bella Marie and Gabby Grace.
She is survived by: sisters Linda Terry of Medford Oregon, Mary Argeris of Sacramento California, and Patricia Smith of Sacramento California; brothers Marion Freeman of Belleville Illinois and John Freeman of Rodeo California; numerous beloved nieces, nephews and extended family members. Nellie was preceded in death by her mother Ovelia Freeman and brother Louis Glynnell.
Nellie enjoyed spending time with family and friends, taking photos of nature, and playing at the water’s edge.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento California.
