Michael Edward Garcia was born in Sacramento, California on December 15th, 1981. He passed away in Sacramento on February 16th, 2019 at the age of 37. He leaves behind his parents, Nancy Lowe and Daniel Garcia, his fiance Lauren Patt, his brother, and many other family members and friends who will miss him very much. Services are being planned for a later date.
