Our cousin Mary Ethel was kind, loving and greeted everyone with a friendly chuckle. We, (Mary’s North Carolina RAY family) enjoyed gathering at her home in N.C. for some delicious food and entertainment by Mary.
She was missed so much when she returned to California to be near her daughter, Gwen and grandchildren . We will keep memories of great times and stressful times we shared with her in our hearts.
Mary Ethel was a woman of strong Faith, having been raised by 2 ministers (her parental grandparents ) who required Mary to attend church and to read the Bible as a major part of her upbringing. Mary loved God and her family. We loved Mary.
Gwen, BJ, Terry, Asharah and all the little ones, we love you and know we (Ray family) are here for you.
