Mark Allen Jordan's Obituary
Mark Allen Jordan died suddenly on April 4, 2013 at the age of 61. He was the youngest of four children born in Sacramento to Wilburn and Lucille Jordan on May 25, 1951. Mark served in the Army from March 29, 1971 to March 28, 1973 as an Army Specialist 4 and fought in the Vietnam War. After he returned from Vietnam, Mark earned his degree from CSUS and worked for many years as a manager of Color Tile and most recently for Radio Shack.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Coleman Gray Jordan. He is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer (Earl) Sandness; grandsons Tyler, Eric, Leif and Luke; his former wife, Colleen McKim, his sisters Kathy (Ron) Comstock, Karen (Dennis) Ehrman, and brother Mike (Verna) Jordan, a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends. Mark was a loving and devoted father, a highly intuitive and deeply intellectual soul, a true friend. The loss of this wonderful man aches in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A memorial service will be held on April 21, 2013, 2:00 pm at Bridgeway Christian Church, 3735 Placer Corp Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765.
