Marion E. Clark's Obituary
Marion E. Clark was born on July 12th, 1916 in DeSoto, Missouri. She worked as an RN at Mercy Hospital and American River Hospital; she retired after 44 years of service. Following her retirement, she worked as a peer counselor.
Marion passed away in her home Friday January 7th, 2022 at 6:00 am.
Marion is survived by her daughter, Minister Norma Jean Spurlock of Indianapolis, Indiana, her sons Franklin E. Pettit and Curtis Clark, her devoted grandson, Joseph A. Jose Pettit Jr., and her foster son, Henry "Butch" Shirley, all of Sacramento.
Friends and family will gather for a viewing at Morgan Jones Mortuary at 4200 Broadway in Sacramento on January 18th from 5 to 7 pm. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Lawn Memorial Park, 4701 Marysville Blvd, Sacramento on January 19th at 1:00 pm.
