Margaret - Brinkhuis' Obituary
OBITUARY
Margaret Brinkhuis was born September 12, 1924, to Cornelius and Anna Van Muyden, in Perkins, a tiny town in northwest Iowa. She was the fifth of eight children, and the first girl. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, as well as seven siblings; there were an additional five siblings who died in infancy. Margaret went to be with Jesus Christ March 31, 2021, at the age of 96 years.
Margaret married Glen Brinkhuis in July of 1945, in Sioux Center, Iowa. In 1957 they moved from Sioux Center to West Sacramento, California. They have four daughters ~ Sandy (Dan), Carla (Richard), Twila (Steve), and Marie (Ken). The daughters blessed them with 11 grandkids, and there are 23 great-grandchildren. Glen and Margaret were married 75 years.
Margaret will be remembered by her family as a loving wife, mom, grandma and oma.
