HOBSON, MADELINE FAYE entered into rest Wednesday, September 18, 2002 in Sacramento at the age of 68. Born Saturday, May 12, 1934 a native of Reed Springs, Missouri and a Sacramento resident for 40 years. Madeline is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, Lawrence Hobson, her children Richard Friend, George Hobson and Patricia Cox, 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. Madeline is preceded in death by her mother Ruby and father Carl Friend, 1 sister and 4 brothers. She is resting in the arms of Jesus, Our Lord and Savior. The family invites friends to attend a visitation Monday, September 23, 2002 from 4:00-8:00pm and funeral services Tuesday, September 24, 2002 at 2:00pm at Sunset Lawn Chapel of the Chimes 4701 Marysville Blvd. Sacramento.
