Preceded in death by her significant other of 23 years Reginald Rowland.
She is survived by 4 children Teresa, Debra, Richard and Rosalind; And 4 Step-daughters Rosa, Revonna, Pauline and Regina.
She has 27 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Lottie was also 1 of 11 and is survived by 6 sisters and 2 brothers.
She passed away comfortably in her home surrounded by loved ones.
Services will be held on Friday July 5, 2013 @ 10am At Sunset Lawn
